  Can be difficult to get an appointment but if you are in a bit of an emergency they will make sure you are seen which is very helpful! Staff are generally polite, doctors are extremely knowledgable and trust worthy. My experiences are with Dr Evans and Dr Epps (Mr.) and I can safely say they are both amazing doctors, very polite and friendly, always there to reassure you and both very concerned for mental health and well-being which to me is a big thumbs up! Dr Tayler/Evans (Mrs.) is also an extremely good doctor who has helped me previously with back problems and suggested some great exercises that I still use over ten years on! Overalls the only problem is getting an appointment but I would think it’s only because they are such a good surgery that they are too popular! Definitely recommend!

  Iv seen multiple doctors in this surgery and only found one that I felt actually cared about my health. Maybe education on mental health would help a lot of patients. Receptionist are lovely and very helpful

  Never had a problem getting an appointment, neither have I ever had a problem with any member of staff

  It can be difficult to get an appointment with the surgery but it is not impossible. I think a lot of peoples gripes with obtaining an appointment is ringing at daft times and expecting to be seen immediately. The doctors at this surgery are very good, they genuinely care about you and your issues - doctors of note being Dr Evans and Dr Epps (Mr). I have been with several other practices in Plymouth and this surgery is by far the best.
