  Staff are very friendly but have absolutely no clue what they're doing in regards to the post office. I post the same parcel twice a week and know the cost and exactly what everyone else does but none of the staff seemed to be able to figure this out and I've been in multiple times. I did not put this down to the stuff I think they just have a lack of training and management should step in and send them on a course.
