::I've developed Dry Macular in my left eye and Wet macular in my Right eye. Wet Macular is the end result of Dry Macular. At this stage it is important to inform the Doctors a Hospital appointment is required. I wasn't told, my Doctor wasn't informed. I finally went to my Doctor who sent me to hospital. There is treatment for wet macular which can stop further degeneration, but it needs prompt action. Supersavers did not give me the care or information which could have prevented some of the damage, surely that is why we go to opticians. They appeared to be more interested in selling me spectacles which did not improve my loss of sight.

::Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff, be prepared for a long visit, I was in store for an 1,1/2 for my eye test & sorting out new specs... Very good value for money...

::Friendly service/staff. Can be busy sometimes, however this is due to how informative/friendlu an optician can be during an eye test. Then again my GF works here so my view on this place can be a bit bias.
