  Shocking service.. Secretary never answered phone. Letter was littered with spelling mistakes and incorrect information relayed by the consultant. Was given diagnosis to one symptom with no investigations after a 5-10 minute appointment and this did not address or core issue and didn't even resolve the one symptom it related to. Not worth the money. Exceptionally disappointed and still 12 month on with no specific diagnosis.

  Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Very clean and peaceful environment. Gallbladder op went without a hitch.

  Great Service and will definitely recommend , Mr Alkhaffaf was very compassionate,supportive and helpful and highly recommend him. Thanks to all the lovely and friendly staff and prompt treatment which helped my grandfather survive.

  I cannot thank Professor Fehily, Christine Dixon and consultant anesthetist Aj Eusaf enough for all their care, support and understanding. I endured pain for a very long time, without a definite diagnosis, however, Professor Fehily listened to me, and agreed he would perform surgery to try and help with my pain, I knew that it may not be successful but I was willing to take this chance. For the first time in 28 years, I am PAIN free (almost). I cannot fault the care I have received , from Professor Fehily, the nursing staff on the ward, Theatre staff...in fact everyone invloved. Thank you so much Tracey

  The treatment given by consultants, nurses, kitchen staff etc. Is five star, I have recently had a bladder operation and I have now been discharged, but I thought I must tell all the persons who want that peace of mind when using a private hospital the reassurance that the spire at Manchester is like an exclusive hotel, nothing is to much bother, you are treated like a king, and the best thing of all is the way staff talk using your name using all the care in the world. Nothing more to say other than brilliant Manchester spire, thank you all so much for the service you give. Paul
