::Where is my order??? I ordered online, paid the next day delivery, and I have been waiting for it for over a week!! No contact number neither from Sports Direct nor from the Courier. Only a 'form' which automatically links you to the tracking link. The tracking link they sent me only says 'order dispatched', where is it??? I've been waiting for over a week!

::This place has a very vast selection of professional running gear at insanely cheap prices! One of the managers, Mark who worked on the second floor although he looked to be very busy managed to give such amazing and friendly customer service that is pretty rare nowadays in Oxford St! Made my day :) I’ll gladly come back

::Great collection of brands and inventory. Best sports direct store we been in so far. Would give 5 stars if it was not for employee we got trying on trainers, he was more interested in his price marker machine than finding right shoe sizes for us. Only us and one more family was there and he was just running around not being helpful at all. Asked a person that worked in football shoe area for help but he could not work in the trainers section. We ended up leaving without buying anything at all due to that poor service.

::One of the largest stores from the chain. Things are more organized, less cluttered and easier to find than in Lillywhites. The customer service is poor though, it takes a while to get someone to help you and they quickly go away before you even finish. The stuff they sell isn't the latest or the best but probably the cheapest for the known brands they stock. No returns of goods are allowed but you'll be offered a voucher or exchanges instead.
