  Horrible experience just now, I know it's a sports shop but I have bought long sleeve shirts here before Pier Cardin in white and black they do stock them. So I went to the exact same place but only short sleeves asked the staff behind the counter and she said upstairs for white shirts after I clearly explained I wanted a long sleeve shirt with collars for a tie for a funeral. So I go upstairs and second lady explained I needed collars for a tie but she had zero clue of the stock or what I was saying after I explain fully again only to show me football and golf shirts with.no collars??, so I return downstairs, I ask a third member of staff this guy speaks good English but can only point to the far left hand side of the store I have just been, so I'm back to the first lady I spoke to now goes onto show me grey hoodies!?? After I clearly explain clearly and politely again but now slightly frustrated , I have a funeral to attend to, I know the staff are on zero hours contracts but basic training and knowledge of stock is clearly lacking here. So I now think she is having a laugh with me showing me more other wrong items, so I start recording, it was then she found some shirts with collars how about that, when another lady barged in , sorry lady I have been very polite although annoyed the staff don't know there arm from their elbow and that's putting it nicely! There's not enough CBD oil in Brighton for me today.. :/

  Good prices, but the staff members makes me want to shop somewhere else..... Yes, they are that bad. Very unfortunate.

  The customer service had improved on my last visit. Two floors of sports clothes and equipment. Unfortunately, a lot of the stock is high up and you have to find someone to serve you as they need a giant pole to get an item down for you to look at. Can feel like a warehouse due to the piles on stock on the shop floor. Large range of trainers and some boxes/ brands on offer. Sports equipment tends to be upstairs.

  asked for black plimsolls but none of the staff could understand me. Lots of good stuff but you cant buy if the staff can't understand you.

  Staff were amazing, They were so patient, they gave me info on this shoe and info on that shoe which helped me make an informed disision. It was a huge place for a street store but the prices were only a tad to high, although they had great discounts to make up for it My only problem is that I am 10 and I was in men's shoe size and it costed way more than junior boys/girls. I know you have to do that at some point because know everything depends on money, thank you thatcher
