  There was only one changing room available. The lift customer life was taken over by staff, so was unable to go upstairs. There was only one person on the till. The young lady that served me was friendly.

  I had no problem with the price but the customer service. It was so horrible. They seemed like unhappy when I tried some of them "you buy or not". However, I bought two pairs of shoes. Thank you for the price.

  The most horrible customer service ever!!! It feels like you inside the hell in this store. I was looking for the FIFA 2018 football ball which my husband saw in the same store in the morning and no one knew what I am talking about. Staff from downstairs sent me upstairs and one guy on the floor sent me to the cashier... He was very unprofessional and angry and when I found the ball he was very sarcastic and childish. Manager Donna was not professional either as she refused to tell me her name when I said that I am going to complain about the staff attitude. And then finally I wanted to buy this £24 ball and the cashier downstairs was absolutely unexpected behaviour. She stepped on the ball with her feed to take the air out. I asked her to not do it this way and she told me that if I am not happy I can do it myself. I told her that it’s her responsibility but she told me it’s not and refused to give me her name, too. She was very rude and aggressive. So, basically I left the ball and of course going to not be a customer of Sport direct anymore.

  No estaba mal, aunque en otros Sport Direct podíais encontrar más ropa de mujer y con más estilo. Sin embargo, las ofertas eran bastante buenas.

  Nice shop with a good selection of goods on offer at extremely good prices. However the staff numbers are low and you rarely find anybody free or eager to help. Fantastic carpark facilities.
