  Staff were really rude when I tried to return an item. Item was faulty when I tried it on at home and as you didn't have another item in stock was told my fault and that you wouldn't give me a refund. I know you have a very poor refund policy that will only allow a credit note but faulty item also only credit note that's worse. All because you didn't have another in stock. Plus after being told rudely to go to a certain till by staff to sort the issue, queuing up for 10 mins. Discussing the whole refund situation to then being told you won't refund and I also have to another till to sort the credit note and you won't deal with me at that till I think is ridiculous. Seriously had the worst customer service from one member of staff too. Shocking attitude and if she really thinks customer service is a career for her she needs to rethink. Shocking!

  Quite a large store with a good range of products but unfortunately the staff do not have any idea of what the store stocks. On many occasions I have visited the store and every time when asking the staff for help in locating a certain item they seem to have no clue and are not interested in helping at all. One particular time when asking for help regarding some walking sandals, the girl was more interested in a conversation with her colleague instead of serving the customers. She was very rude to an elderly couple and her response to their question was very abrupt. When I asked her help finding a certain pair of sandals she responded by calling me 'darling' and said everything we have in store is out. I found this very condescending and i'd rather you do your job instead of having a conversation with your colleague which had nothing to do with work. She made the customers feel very unwelcome and her attitude was very bad!!

  Nice variety of products, specifically for football!! The price are still competitive and for that reason I would like to recommend this store!

  Well I had a horrific yet informative experience in the store today. Looking for walking boots I'd found online, in the store, found them with only one in the box but no-one around so took the one I had to the till. Queried the price as on the box they were £14 more expensive than they were online, to which I was advised it was due to a difference in quality. Therefore, I can only surmise that from that comment if you buy online you are getting a poorer quality of the same item that is available in store and that's how they justify the price difference. Shocked I said It's the exact same item. I was then told to go back to the shoe area and wait for someone to show up. Now this was a completely pointless exercise, as my query was about the price, so this person has stolen a further 5 minutes of my life and wasted her colleague's time. The reasons are obvious, they couldn't be bothered to firstly apologise to me because they were unable to help and that they couldn't be bothered to return the boots I'd just bought down to the till back to their proper place. Notes for the company: more mystery shoppers and more customer service training is desperately needed. Personally, if this was my employee I would have dismissed her on the spot, as she is clearly incompetent and incapable of doing her job properly.

  This store is ginormous with 4 floors. Store consists mostly of brand name clothes with good prices. Check out the sale deals some are up to 80% off! You'd expect them to be grotty material or something to be at these prices but a lot of the specials were really good quality. Staff were average to a bit better. Most staff seemed to want to give a touch and go service and not go the extra mile. So much staff around but most of them are just hanging around one another and not helping customers... Great variety on clothing but didnt find the store particularly sporty, maybe more casual and crosstrainer vibe unless you go higher up and check out the cycling and running gear.
