  I popped in after work for a pair of trainers. I had to try and find a member of staff on the shop floor and as I couldn't find one I went to the till. The staff member radioed through to another member of staff who's radio was switched off, great. After around 20 mins I eventually got my trainers after the member of staff appeared from out the back. This place could easily do with more staff but being owned by Mike Ashley it will never happen. Product was good for the price but the overall service was very poor.

  Brought a brand new football kit online and had the shirt printing done in store got to the store they said that this would take 24hours i thought really but what the heck ok. So i return the next day exactly 27hours later to find the writing on my shirt had not even been done. The manager then tried to offer me a 10% dicount on the price of the shirt £39.99 After a min i realised that 10% wasnt good enough and got the full refund after threatening with head office

  Was impressed and very happy with the service today. The person that helped me was very informative and helpful.
