  Very poor customer service. There was 2 female staff just chatting to each other near the shoe department. So I approached one of them showed her a pic on my phone and asked if that product was in store. She said she didn't know and just stood there not even going to check. The other one just said no, without even knowing what the item was I was looking for. So I just dropped the item that was in my hand and walked out.

  Very nice place to shop for cheap sporting goods and more, further more there is a changing room to try on clothes and the staff are responsive and friendly towards the customer.

  The customer service is poor and often theres hardly anyone there, you have to go look for them for half an hour. Then when you order online, they charge you £6.99 for delivery as a customer. Most other retailers charge you half the price.
