  Typical cowley taking from the hard worked community failing to give any refund after purchase. The place hopefully goes bust, or booted out of Oxfordshire avoid this place at all cost

  Okay to pick up generic goods, but if your sport is niche it may be worth going to a specialist retailer.

  I went in to the Botley, Oxford store at around 5pm this evening to buy some boots, i found the pair I liked but was told by the assistant Dennis that they didn't have the size available, as you have another store across town I asked if it was possible for him to ring and see if they had them available there, he said that he couldn't as it's not company policy, I actually thought he was joking, is that seriously your standard of customer service!!!!

  Walked in to buy 3 pairs of Shoes. Only one person working in Shoe Dept, 3 people putting clothes onto rails and no one could be bothered to assist. Sports Direct seems to be a Museum where they concentrate on Displaying their wares instead of Selling.
