  Went into the bullring branch with my son to purchase two pierre cardan jumpers at the retail price of two for fifteen pounds. Even though both jumpers are on the same rail there was 2 separate offers. Staff was miserable, no life in them whatsoever and looked like they did not want to be there. After waiting God knows how long for them to rectify the offer they then asked me to go and look for another jumper, so as a customer I should go and look for something else that's there fault for wrong labelling and pricing. We left the store with nothing, we won't be shopping in there again and I will be informing others not to do so. Whatever happened to customer service?

  Quite a messy Sports Direct but staff are quick to help and you can usually find what you're after.
