  The tomato soup was rather bland, which resulted in a very tart soup. The circle of bread floating on top just became very soggy and unpleasant to eat. The chicken breast in the main meal was lukewarm. Aside from the food quality, the dining experience was marred by the lighting. The blue lights gave the marquee quite a disorienting feel to start with, but eating in the dim blue light was unpleasant. I like to be able to identify all the elements of my plate, but this was not possible in the lighting, leaving me wondering what was in the roasted vegetables/ragout.

  Came here for a spa day on the 16th, all staff were lovely! Food was tasty (poached salmon and avocado sandwich) good facilities, the steam room especially was very nice, quite a few kids in the pool being loud and splashing about but we did go during half term! The jacuzzi wasn't working properly but was still nice. But the highlight of my day was definitely my 1 hour full body massage treatment! It was gorgeous and the my beauty therapist was really nice and made me feel very comfortable as a 1st timer! Will definitely come again, thank you all 😊

  Amazing experience. Team a extremely friendly, curteous and professional, really deliver a unique and personal visit. The room we stayed in was a little dated and could have used some attention to detail with paintwork. The pool / sauna etc were very clean and never particularly busy. Lockers could have used a bit more detail of how to get the combination to work but overall not bad. Breakfast was fantastic, great selection of hot and cold. Will definitely be back again.

  Very nice. Food very good, plenty of choice. Room good. Bed excellent. Maybe the room was a little too warm but better that than cold. A very nice stay, wish it could have been longer then we could have used the super looking swimming pool
