  I have been training with Ryan for 12 months and after 4 years in the fitness industry I have never worked with a better PT. His dedication to good technique and form as well as custom made programs allows you to achieve your goals and push yourself to the limit without fear of injury and with maximum efficiency. He has tailored me programs to keep in shape as an actor, but also compete in OCR. And Josie's international experience and dietary support is second to none. On top of this, they are wonderful and genuine people. A world class act, I cannot recommend enough! No matter what your goals, these guys WILL help you achieve it.

  Cannot recommend these guys highly enough! In really just a couple of weeks work Ryan has not only helped me to achieve proper technique on my lifts but also shown me how to start building my own workout programs and plans. Josie has also pointed me towards other really good sources of information for continuing my training towards my goals. Just overall super friendly and super helpful people - definitely worth a session

  I started training with Ryan a few months ago with the goal of getting lean whilst maintaining my strength. I am already seeing the results by following a tailored program that he created for me. His knowledge and focus on technique has been very beneficial. I would highly recommend Ryan.

  I Started with Ryan 5 months ago. I'm a keen runner and I've always been very sceptical of Personal Trainers. However Ryan works you hard through a number of different training programs such as strength training and cardio which I enjoy being pushed to my limit. He also coaches and educates you. I would defiantly recommend him for his patience and vast knowledge. One of the good ones.

  I signed up with Ryan because of his focus on technique, education and that his methods are backed by research from some of the biggest names in the industry. After almost 10 months of training together, I am not only skinnier (yay!) and much stronger, but so much more knowledgeable. Squad SC celebrate my wins like a team, but more importantly, when morale is low and the tantrum level high- Ryan never gives up and doesn’t let me either
