  Quite old fashioned establishment but lovely food and excellent service. We have visited four times now and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

  A little off the beaten track, but nice location to spend some time. Food is decent and reasonably priced. Opening hours seem a bit quirky, so best phone before you make a trip.

  Had a quick drink here after a long journey and needing a quick break. Nice local pub in a nice location for stopping. Excellent car parking facilities and nice small pub which at this time was empty. Drinks are fairly priced for the area and were nice and fresh. Would like to visit again soon. Shame that this closes so early so were hurried to leave the pub.

  What Scotland lacks in weather ,it more than makes up for in warmth and hospitality As I walked through the front door the welcoming tartan carpets and complimenting g upholstery. I know that I had found a unique little part of Scotland An Old Scottish Coaching Inn , St Michaels Inn , stood and delivered more than expected. The warm hospitality, the service was exceptional. Douglas, Allan and their staff went above and beyond. They were both attentive in service and accommodating. I will certainly be returning. The food was delicious . I had heard of Cullen Skunk but had never tried it. I wasn't disappointed. Delicious and followed by homemade apple and raisin crumble with cream and a very well needed glass of Zinfandel.. I will be returning to see my Son at St Andrews University and will return to St. Michaels Inn . I recommend this unique little bit of Scotland
