I thought they were extremely helpful and friendly. I went on Friday the 13th April 2018 and offered appointment for Monday the 16th April 2018 and very professional the two Ladies who dealt with me sadly I forgotten their names however I will recommend the clinic and give 5 Stars.

I thought having the online appointment system was convenient. But cant even get an appointment. Been trying to ring to speak to someone and no one is answering - what a joke. So ill just keep on suffering.

St Peters Medical Centre have the best doctors and staff you could wish for at a time when you trying to hold life together . The services from reception to nurses and doctors is superior than any surgery I know . Over 10 years ago was extremely ill after an operation . I received the best help and care also referrals and the doctors never gave up on me . If it was not for their support and medical care I would not have survived . I have the greatest respect for all the staff ,an excellent team who deliver a highly professional health care service to all .

Excellent, I'd give 5 stars if it was easier to get through to reception in the mornings. I've always managed to get a face to face appointment when I have needed one and the Doctors there have looked after me better than the hospital consultants. Unfortunately, you have to be persistent and repeatedly call for a while to get through first thing if you want an appointment that day. Waiting room times are usually pretty good, if there are delays it is when they are clearly extremely busy. I've seen so many people be short tempered and rude to reception staff who are all professional, kind and patient. Let's give these guys a break.
