  Spacious accommodation, including big rooms and vast communal areas. Modern, clean and light building inside. Showers were excellent size and quality, beds were comfy and the place was warm too. Breakfast was a good fry up and fruit, cereal, toast and yogurts with unlimited teas and coffees too.

  Rooms are clean and well kept, very spacious. Bathrooms and common showers are clean, good pressure and quite new. The breakfast is simple (bacon, eggs, beans, sausages, toast, croissants, fruit and porridge) but is freshly made and is a wide enough selection to cater to every taste, also the breakfast room is very open and with lots of light. The staff is very nice and helped us with everything we needed. Wifi is not great in some areas. The location is a bit far out from York city center, but you can take a bus (many different bus lines connect direct) or walk around 40 minutes (great way to get your step count up) Overall a good place to sleep while visiting York.
