  AVOID AVOID AVOID can't stress enough but AVOID these cowboys do yourself a favour and don't part with your money RIP off sell cars with 5 years warranty when something goes wrong it's not under warranty what is in your warranty apart from NOTHING? 3 month old car NOT UNDER WARRANTY HOW? WHY? Don't bother telling me to email so and so ALL the management knows as I I've already spoken to them and they simply DONT CARE after sales is shocking and maybe you should call back when you say you will as I've never had any phone calls from you I've done all the calling Absolutely disgusted with the level of service (or rather lack of) provided especially for a so called main dealer. Also very surprised at looking at the reviews looks like an in house job with the fake 5 star ratings just like advertising cars that have just been sold. You truly are Cowboys and cowgirls feel sick that I brought a Toyota and it certainly isn't the car infront Will not use will not recommend and certainly wouldn't want a Toyota again. Expensive heap of trash that fails to live up to expectations. Will be writing to trading standards and paying the citizens advice a visit will also post the hidden cam footage onto YouTube with all the stupid false misleading lies told why the warranty is invalid. The car is only 3 months old and has been with Toyota 4 times and only done 750 odd miles. You know who I am so stop me if you can. Pushy sales team gave me extras (at my expense) that are useless and unwanted and the stupid sat nav keeps draining my battery The heated seats don't work Reversing sensors keep going off even when driving forward Release handbrake even tho it's off And this is a 3 month old car been faulty from day one now with a void on warranty because they don't know what's wrong. You have my money and I have a dud piece of garbage Take this junk back and refund me

  I regularly visit Steven Eagell Peterborough, the customer service I receive is second to none; Grace on reception is a bright, cheerful and friendly lady. Her knowledge and customer care are outstanding; she calls back at the given time and follows up on outstanding matters. The other staff (names unknown) I have dealt with since the change in ownership have been a delight too. No doubt they have hundreds of customers, but I am treated as an individual, not another number; that is rare experience these days. My vehicle is always returned in pristine condition, with a full explanation of works, advice and on time. Well done Steven Eagell Toyota.
