  Would highly recommend - we used Stirling Ackroyd's conveyancing service and the handling solicitor was excellent and very responsive to queries. The process was smooth, everything was completed in a timely manner and we always felt able to ask for extra help and guidance where required.

  Forid dealt with my purchase and I didn’t feel any pressure regarding the transaction. He dealt with all the transactional matters in a timely fashion and kept me updated during the process, requesting my instructions where necessary. I was surprised at how smooth he made the process and it was a pleasure working with him. I would have no hesitation recommending him and have already done so to family friends and contacts. Yes he is slightly more expensive than other conveyancers, but you get what you pay for. I was investing several hundreds of thousands of pounds on a purchase and a few hundred for the service provided is well worth it. Sometimes you have to look at the service not the costs. I was not let down. Young

You have understood our situation, issued all documentation rapidly and efficiently there have been no misunderstandings or mistakes, we have felt that you have been representing us to the other parties fantastically.   Stirling Ackroyd Legal was amazing while dealing with my first purchase, I was very confused about the whole stamp duty cuts and my solicitor Bola Kim invited me into the office to help me understand how it will benefit me and to also help me fill in all my forms. Their office was very clean and very eye catching with their rare paintings, all members of staff were very welcoming and friendly which made me feel comfortable. I am so happy with the service they provided me and so happy I went with them for the purchase of my first home.
