It's a place for you to sleep, have a shower and eat, that's all! My room looked awfully depressive and kitchen was like high school canteen. I don't intend to ever go back, the only problem is that there aren't many options in the area and this one is indeed very central.

Stayed here last night and Friday night. Really nice place, great staff and breakfast. Only thing is the walls are thin so you can hear everything. I also was woken at 7:00 by someone knocking on my door looking for someone else and then at 6:45 this morning bu children running about the hall. Also, beware that you have to walk up a large hill to get to the place so I would recommend getting a taxi.Other than that this place is great and is very close to the castle and the shops. And if you don't want to go out then you can play board games in the games room on the 1st floor. Thanks for the awesome stay!

Nice staff, quite close to old town centre. You get what you pay for.

One of my favourite youth hostels with well equipped ensuite rooms. Members kitchen, dining with TV corner in the evenings. There is also a common room. Views are great and the building is a lovely old church. The bus stops outside and the hostel is close to the castle.

Lovely, well equipped Youth Hostel. Friendly staff and great breakfasts! The Youth Hostel is situated close to Castle and Town Centre and easy transport links to other major monuments and attractions such as the Wallace Monument.
