  When I got home yesterday I thought i had left my iPad in the shop. I rang and the whole team could not have been more helpful, looking on cctv to see whether I had left it or not. They were kind, sensitive and really went out of their way to try and help me. Thank you guys.

  Almost put off by previous reviews, I ventured into the store and was assisted very well by Ryan (?) who explained features of the products I was interested in and advised which would be most suitable for what I need. He was pleasant, polite and competent. I was given an appointment for help with the set up and Cameron went through the procedure with me, again very helpful and pleasant.

  Not helpful at all, on two separate occasions now tried this shop and both times customer service is very poor. I purchased a remote apple disc drive from them, then realised i did not need it i returned to shop with receipt and manager said as i had opened the tab (that is all no damage or used!) was classed second hand so no return possible in a rude manner!! I then returned 12 months later for help and guidance on another apple product and thus basically was told go on line or Aberdeen as we are not a official Apple shop????! If you want no support and to pay over the odds for apple products use this shop! basically if you live in the highlands either go to Aberdeen or shop on line, job done.
