  Went to purchase new iPAD. Asked about part-exchange and took old iPAD in with me. member of staff looked at it and said I should receive 50-60GBP px. Had to hurry to cinema - said I would drop by next day to do deal. Drove in from Roseland specially to make px and purchase. Then told there was a very, slight dent on one corner - no px. End of story. This was a waste of my time - if perfect condition was so important, they should examined more carefully on the previous day. They were unapologetic and unsympathetic.I was about to purchase and upgrade a Mac and Mac book but now very wary.

  Came in this week to buy a MacBook after doing some research, and it was a leisurely breeze. The guy who served me, whose name I think was Liam, was really helpful and took me through the whole finance process step by step. Their finance plan is tremendous and the application process is easy to understand right the way through. Myself and my wife have bought laptops from Stormfront and both times the service has been great. I highly recommend them.

  Absolutely shocking service, will never step through their front door again, waited 2 weeks for a screen repair and then when it was returned they never even bothered to let me know the phone was ready for collection. Don't use this store.

  Better off going to a "proper" Apple store. I called for a repair and apparently all they do is send it off to Apple anyway. A wait time of 5-7 working days isn't really acceptable in this day and age, especially when the Apple Store can do it while you wait.

  Just Phoned the Truro SHOP phone was answered very Promptly Spoke to a Young Lady called Charlotte, explained my dilema with my Company iphone She was very help full explained that They could fix my disabled phone there, and what I needed and how much it would cost,,saves me a trip to Plymouth...Great Stuff very helpful and useful...Thank You.
