  Awful. Half the time no one answers the phone and when they do they fob you off. If you need a family barrister Don’t come here, my partner did and she regrets it, made the whole matter even more stressful. We used David M da Costa who was overpriced and incompetent.

  Daniel Searle THANK YOU for your outstanding representation in court on the 8th September 2016, which gave me victory and the district judges decision in my favour by granting permission. I believe that it was your amazing performance that convinced the court and also convicted the claimant to stand down and willing to withdraw the case.   They loss what was an Open And Shut Case And Caused me to pay the legal cost of the other side amounting to £6000. Be warned, they play at being barristers as apposed to being barristers. They ask you to write your own letters, own defense etc and you pay them for putting a first class stamp on the envelope. Attending court they take a £1000 in advance, turn up ill prepared not even having read the claimants evidence etc. Run out of words repeating them selves over and over unconvincingly. When the judge asked if all consents and permission were in place they failed to tell the judge that the works were unlawful. This on its own would have won the case but they missed this all together. My advise if you use open access service, research and research legal service providers and past cases. Failing to do so will end up casting you dearly.
