::This place was really really good. I enjoyed the location and the staff were all excellent. I was on business when I stayed but it's definitely on my list to go back to for pleasure.

::This was definitely a wonderful hotel to stay in. Great customer service. Although in the higher price range for a quick stay it was close to almost everything so it made it accessible. Close to public transportation and shopping. Loved staying here. PS: I couldn't figure out how to work the heater for the life of me lol

::Our room was now not ready when we arrived at 4:30 pm. The room was on but rather small. Bed is really big and great quality. Breakfast has everything you need. Location is amazing touching Covent Garden. I guess for the price I paid I had expected a bigger room with a tub. Good experience overall though.

::Very nice older hotel. Rooms are cozy. Location is great. I stayed here for two night on business, the hotel was very easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. I could not fault anything about the hotel; my room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

::I had a pleasant stay here. I stayed in the Executive Suite. The room was decent and I had no problems. Really appreciated fully stocked tea, coffee and cookies in the room at no extra charge. A nice cup of tea with cookies after all day sight seeing was very relaxing indeed. The location of the hotel is great. Many buses on Strand to get wherever you need to go. The walk to the underground is about ten minutes from the hotel. I was initially walking to the Temple station but then realized that buses too worked well for my needs.
