  I usually visit the subway ppposit the castle but needed a walk today so went to the store by Queen Street train station. No aye, clean seating and friendly staff that put LOADS of salad in my sub as opposed to 3 bits of lettuce you do at my usual. Definitely worth the walk further and that extra bit of exercise can't hurt?

  Had a very unfortunate experience at this particular outlet. Unhelpful staff that downright ignored me, and I ended up with a plain sub with only meat and some sauce. Disappointed.

  Food and prep is top notch, plus a pretty little lady called Dajana is always happy and Damien is a really great guy. However, Michael is one of the most miserable blokes I have ever met! Never have I seen that boy smile and he always gives a stinking look. Service with a smile goes a long way, and as a regular I love to see this.
