  Awful. Both members of staff are foreign, and with their accents i couldn't understand what they were trying to explain to me, regarding the different deals. Both members of staff were miserable, and unwelcoming. The place was filthy. We won't be going back.

  Used to be nice and service with a smile. Now they hire petulant teenagers who are clearly being forced to get jobs by their parents. Gloves are disgusting and not changed unless you ask them to. They're slow and can't keep up with orders. When asking them to toSt a sandwich you will get it either burnt or just get a 'warm bread roll'. The salad ends up massively contaminated by the other bits where they have done it sloppily and they run out of bread because they can't keep on top of demand. Complete fail.
