  Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff and best breakfast in Perth. Quiet location out of city centre.

  A lovely hotel that is so convenient for either a short stroll or taxi ride to the city centre. The rooms are a good size with all the amenities you would expect. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff.

  What a gem of a hotel. Relaxing atmosphere, immaculate rooms, and amazing food. Finlay, the proprietor, cares deeply about the high quality service he provides and made our family celebration at his hotel a most memorable one.
