  A1 Service and lovely food. Nice clean rooms. And plenty to do in a ten minute bus ride into the city centre.

  Love this place. The room is so cosy and well decorated. On arrival we were presented with a menu asking what we'd like for breakfast. I've stayed in a lot of b&bs and hotels but non have given me the homely feeling this one has.

  Always stay at Sunny Mount when visiting Nottingham, always a lovely welcome, excellent breakfast and a very good host. Would recommend always..

  I would have given 5 stars because the unique way this b&b looks and one can see the effort and love John is putting into it. However is one thing I require for breakfast and that is a good coffee. I am afraid that the coffee had no taste no smell of coffee, looked and tasted like hot coloured water. Breakfast was superb, coffee....not. So perhaps John will take on board this comment to make the breakfast perfect!
