  I recently bought Monitor Audio Silver 300 speakers from Superfi Nottingham online. During the first delivery attempt the courier returned the speakers to Superfi with the boxes badly damaged. Brodan at Superfi assured me that the speakers were not damaged. He ordered new boxes and repacked the speakers. The speakers were then delivered to Heathrow and I had them shipped to Dubai. When the boxes arrived in Dubai on 29 Jan 2018 they were in good condition, however the speakers inside were damaged. One speaker has a damaged corner. The other one has a scratch on the wood on the front. One of the feet, a spike and all the screws of one speaker is also missing.I contacted Superfi on 2 Feb 2018 to return the speakers. They then claimed that it must have been my shipping agent from Heathrow to Dubai that damaged the speakers and not their courier so they are refusing the return. This is in violation of consumer law. It is impossible for the speakers to be damaged inside the boxes if the boxes are in good condition. The logical conclusion to make is that the speakers must have been damaged when the first courier damaged the boxes so badly that they had to replace them with new boxes.   Even though it's a small shop it has a great range of products. They deal in high end audio and visual technology so the prices are not cheap. But this is what should be expected of the brands. The customer service is A class and the knowledge of the staff is impeccable.

  Bargain central. People don't realise that these guys are actually mostly cheaper than other places for the same products. Just that they sell much better quality items! So look expensive from a distance. Thanks for my Black Friday bargains!!!

  Met the Superfi staff at a AV show, they had good knowledge of their products and offered excellent advice. Worth using to get audio visual products.
