  Amazing customer service. The products are generally very reliable, but when my Sureflap developed a fault (after 4 years) they sent me a new part for it, for free, which arrived the next day! Fantastic.

  Awesome customer service from Sure Petcare. Our 10 YEAR OLD microchip cat flap wasn't working properly and they sent us all of the parts needed to fix it FREE OF CHARGE!!! This included a whole front plate, as we have such an old model that the new spare parts wouldn't fit otherwise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  Absolutely brilliant products! Our sureflap keeps out unwanted cats and the surefeed pet feeder means our male cat can enjoy his food without our female cat stealing it. Even better now we have purchased the stainless steel bowls as he was sensitive to the plastic ones. Two very happy cats :)

  I purchased the pet door connect for my two shih tzus, so that when I have to leave them alone at home I know whether they are inside or outside. . What a complete waste of money ! The door itself is fine but I wouldn't invest in the hub to connect as it gives the wrong information as to where my dogs are! I was sent a new door to fit ( had to pay for someone to change it for me ) but things are just the same. I have been speaking to the customer services dept via Twitter but they no longer reply to my messages!
