They called me in late, it took them less than 5 minutes to have a quick look around my teeth, take some x rays, told me I was fine, and then hurried me out again. I have been to several dentists and I have never had such a rushed and hurried experience with lack of care and customer service...

::Booking my first appointment at SW1 Dental Studio was easy and efficient. After a friendly reception the Registration process was straight forward and timely. Although a little delayed, when the time to see the Dentist came, my condition was examined thoroughly and there was no hurry to conclude the visit. All was explained in detail and both the Dentist and her assistant ensured I was fully satisfied before I left. A full 5 Star performance on all fronts.

::Cannot praise this dental surgery enough. Having been terrified of the dentist for years and years, I was put totally at ease by Rhona. The consultation was swift and honest, and all staff were absolutely lovely. I went back to have a filling, and the whole process was as wonderful as a filling could be. They would frequently check to make sure that I was ok and the procedure was well explained throughout so there was no surprises. The pricing structure is very fair. 100% recommend, especially to those with a fear of dentists
