  I had my trousers patched here and the second time I put them on I noticed the patch was already peeling off and the hole exposed. I then noticed that the patch used had been much too small to cover the actual area of original damage. I went back to the store to explain the situation and the gal there, Gintare, was very rude and unfriendly and wanted me to pay for a second patching job. I am extremely disappointed, not only with the poor workmanship but the terrible customer service. I am a local resident and am embarrassed that we have such a poor example of a business in the area. I would recommend going somewhere else. *** After emailing the manager they repatched the trousers for no charge.

  Shocking! Charged me £1 for paying w a card! And £1 for 'express'. 24 hours to iron 2 shirts on premises is not express

  Two times: first one my jacket (Paul smith's) got faded colours. Second time, they said they would have removed a spot from my jeans but they didn't. People are not kind.

  The first time, I brought my suit pants there. Came back with a large wrinkle, on the front side, which I had to iron out myself as I needed the pants right away. Still decided to give the shop another chance - sometimes things just happen - and brought the same pants and some shirts. Another time wrinkles in the pants and this time on the shirts as well, huge c. 5 cm wrinkles on the back of both, clearly visible to anyone not blind. Additionally one shirt had smear on one arm - must be from their transport or a cleaning/drying machine, I know for a fact it was not there before - which I discovered at home. A re-clean of the shirt was made. Fortunately the smear had mostly disappeared but now there were many small wrinkles on the front part of the shoulders, also relatively prominently visible. By the time I was so upset I did not bother to ask for another re-clean. Apparently the firm has its dry cleaning machines not under control and other problems. Needless to say, I will not return there ever again and I would advise anyone to do the same.

  I took some trouser in to be altered in length and at the waist. It all seemed fair enough upon item being returned. But after wearing the trousers for about 3 days it was pretty obvious that the work was pretty shoddy. The hem had been so loosely stitched that every time I put the trousers on my toe got caught in the gap, which obviously made the problem even worse. Had to get them done elsewhere will not use again. Just plain lazy tailoring.
