    Stay away from Sweat Club. The sales person at Sweat mis-sold the 6 week challenge and never informed me about the 5% body fat clause. He was very quick to take the deposit and didn't go through the clauses explicitly. Rather, this was made clear to me during the 3 week review. When I approached the manager with this discrepancy she couldn't have seemed to care less. They had the £497 deposit after all. Had I known this before, I wouldn't have signed up for the challenge as I am already quite active and reaching the 5% goal wasn't realistic. Stay clear from this company to avoid losing your money and wasting your time. When I approached the company with this issue, they never bothered to reply.

    Thank you sweat trainers for an enjoyable and challenging 6 weeks. Without your guidance and push I wouldn't have been able to get the positive result I was after. The HIIT training and dietary plan I received was a huge factor in my body transformation, where I was able to lose 5.6% body fat and 3 kilos within the 6 weeks, which was really pleasing. The program was definitely something I was looking for in terms of creating a healthy and active way of living, an increase in fitness levels as well as obtaining sufficient dietary and nutrition knowledge. I definitely recommend to commit to the challenge 110% in order to get the result your looking for and that means diet, training, hydration and knowing what works for your body.

    I love this place! I signed up for the 6 week challenge because I needed a kick up the bum! The trainers are fantastic, the help and support I was given was better than any gym I have been to. Its very friendly, clean and every session is different and hard work. I would highly recommend for anyone serious about getting into shape.

    I regret ever getting in contact with Sweat. The manager and sales person just care about the money and not about their customers. Sweat advertises their 6-week challenge as free. But during the consultation I was told the first time that a 397 GBP deposit has to be paid. After asking the sales person two times whether I will get the money back if I provide the required pictures, videos and attend all sessions he agreed to it. However, after 3 weeks I was told that I have to hit 5% fat loss in order to get my money back which wasn’t made clear to me. I would have never signed up for the challenge, if I would have known that before. I have met several other people who also felt misinformed about this clause and didn’t know about the 5% before. The manager was not willing to talk to me and emails were not responded.

    The SWEAT team is great. I have managed to lose 6.6% of body fat during their 6 weeks challenge, I lost 5kg of total weight but also gained 2kg of muscles which means I lost 7kg of pure fat!!! Important is to come to the sessions three times per week and follow their nutritionist advices, eat healthy, drink plenty of water and the results will come. Really there is no philosophy your body needs certain number of calories when you are not doing anything, if you create a calorie deficit (input less per day than you are spending during trainings and other activity) you will inevitably lose weight :) The team at SWEAT will measure that for you. Highly recommended! Good luck ;)
