  I first visited Synthetic pro audio in January. I've been down here a few more times since then. I have been made so welcome every time. The guys have been very encouraging, helpful and let me try out the equipmenti am interested in for hours. They gave me lots of advice before I finally made my purchase last week. A FIVE STAR + TO THE GUYS!!!

  I called these with a routine inquirary looking for n.i maschine mk3 as i phone just about everywhere well these guys informed me that they had 2 when i asked if they would save me one they said yes straight away i told them that i could not leave a deposit as it was a cash sale they said it didnt matter they said they would put it to one side with my name on when i went to collect the maschine i was greeted by two guys steve and yan as soon as i told them what i came for they both new me by name and made me and my wife feel at home in the store by first making us a warm drink as for the store it was amazing all the latest pioneer stuff all the newest n.i stuff where they allowed u to touch not like other places where u go in touch stuff and they say can i help u at all well i brought my n.i product but still stayed in the shop for about another 2 hrs as they had stuff i not even seen before but time out showing me stuff well i got home played with my maschine mk3 but i dont think i wired it correctly called steve he said come to shop we will show u how to do it went saturday but i took my laptop my s4 controller and maschine and steve got everything wired up for 2 hours he tried but it would not sync to the controller he told me straight away to bring it back next week to have alook its not that he gave up it was beause i had no more time long review yes because its what happened and shows that they still value existing customers u can call and email these guys thats good but i recommend go to the shop u automatically become family then where they will help u what ever be products .product knowlegde looking at stuff before u buy or even then showing u the one u are looking for or an alternative sure these guys need to make money but its the end result you will get where u become family another thing i was told they sold a customer something it was not right so they part chopped the thing he brought for a thing he needed go to p.m.t and try that lol recommendations only will use these guys now 120% trust

  very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent range of equipment and the guys are kind enough to let us practice there.

  Synthetic Pro Audio is a friendly and really inspiring environment run by professionals that have been in the industry either on the road DJ'ing or producing music using much of the kit for sale in store. Therefore you're guaranteed to get a quality service where staff can draw on their own experiences using it. The kit is also really competitively priced. I'm really proud to have been asked to help provide their DJ lessons, there's a real community spirit in Synthetic that many other music stores lack. I highly recommend popping in and having a chat with Steve, and a taster on some of the gear.

  Wonderful shop and very knowledgable staff. Helped me find exactly what what I needed for a good price. Very much recommend and definitely will return for he remaining wish list!
