  Had a great experience and got the car I have wanted for a very long time, I didn’t think I would be able to afford it, but Edward Phillips made it happen. Many thanks for your efforts and for my very fast car. Very happy with the service and absolutely love my car. :)

  Had previously been invited to a sales event had a look at the stock and returned a few weeks later to go in for the buy. Ed in new cars was extremely helpful in taking me through all the recommended options as well as scouring stock for the right car. Handed the rest of the deal over to Matt in finance and again went above and beyond to find me something that met my circumstance giving me clear, transparent updates throughout to find me the right product. I can't thank Ed and Matt enough for their efforts, neither came across pushy or typically 'salesy' and contrary to popular belief weren't intimidating and made me feel welcome. All round 10/10 experience if your looking for a BMW, I'm almost certain you wont get better service and a better deal anywhere else in Cardiff

  I called into BMW Cardiff late on a Sunday, Dale McKenzie was so helpful and couldn't have done enough to help me out! He found me the perfect 2 series M Sport and kept me updated with everything along the way. I picked up my brand new car less than 2 weeks later, met Matthew who completed the finance with great professionalism. I would highly recommend both Dale and Matthew and will be returning to BMW Sytner Cardiff to buy me next car in a few years! Thanks so much for everything!

  Outstanding service from Sytner Cardiff when I recently changed my car. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and found exactly the right car for me. The whole process was seamless and Matt kept me updated at every stage. Brett ensured the figures worked for me with a part exchange. Thanks both - would definitely recommend.

  I recently had a call about a sales event Sytner Cardiff were holding so decided to go along and see what they had to offer. I'd used them in the past for servicing and always received excellent service. I ended up buying a nearly new BMW and from the start to the finish Steve (the salesman) was professional and in no way 'pushy' in his approach. He was honest and sincere throughout. In terms of the financial side of things, I am very grateful to Bret and Matthew for their efforts in making the figures work for me. All in all, everyone whom I dealt with in BMW Sytner Cardiff were friendly and professional and gave me the confidence to make a purchase - which (so far!) I'm really happy with. I would certainly recommend them.
