  Didn't do business this time around with Sytner but their customer service was excellent. Harvey Sandhu in particular took me for a test drive and regularly checked with me to see how things were. The service and show room was much better than my experience with one of their main competitors in Coventry

  When i visited Sytner BMW Showroom recently i was treated as a person from the moment i appeared at the door. I left my walking cane in my car without hesitation a Member of staff went to my car and brought it to me. That was excellent service. The sales person James Thompson who showed me the car i'll be having was very thorough he took care in making sure i understood the information being given about the vehicle, Great customer relation, lovely coffee.

  2018... I always said after university studies I would go and get myself a nice new car. I've visited a few showrooms different manufactures but did not get a level of service I expected. However at Sytner Coventry BMW was perfect. As a first time new buyer I was taken seriously. The staff were superb, Professional, kind and always around to give you a warm welcome. The front desk were extremely helpful with phone calls to dealing with requests. I dealt my new car purchase with Harvey Sandu, I would definitely recommend him to sort you out a new car. Has great eye for detail and is at hand every step of the way to choosing your model to picking up at showroom. I would definitely buy from here again without hesitation if I choose to buy again in the future. Go ahead and get down to the showroom, your dream car awaits you!
