  I was at the retail park next to the dealership, and was unfortunate to have my car 'soiled' by birds whilst I was in the store. I saw what looked like a nice garage, and thought I would be cheeky and ask them to clean my car. I took my car in, and it was no trouble for them, and they washed my car and returned it in 20 minutes or so, clean and dry. Excellent. Whilst I was in the showroom, I was approached by several of the staff, some were curious about my car, others just to talk about cars, they all had an obvious passion for cars, not just BMWs, and it was nice to meet people who are enthusiastic about what they do. It was nice to be approached and spoken to, it was much different to other showrooms I have visited where I am often ignored. The staff here made my experience a good one, especially as they knew I was not there to buy a car. As for the showroom itself, so much better than any BMW showroom I have seen before. They must have had about 8 'M' cars, usually you are lucky to find one or two. This is a big showroom on two floors, they must have had at least one of everything (not the new M5 yet). Then I had a coffee. My local Sytner BMW has a machine that gives you a nasty coffee that you wouldn't want to drink. This place has a barrista style service, and a really great coffee, and more friendly car chat. I live about 120 miles from Tamworth, but I would certainly consider making this trip to do buy my next car here. A brilliant showroom, and a first class experience, a really good ambassador for the BMW brand.

  We bought a 1 series four years ago and I am happy to say the help and support from Sytner Tamworth has been every bit as good as the car itself. We are looking forward to coming back this summer to organise our new BMW X1.

  nice friendly welcome. Keen sales guys who will get you exactly what you want. service and repair was efficient and car always comes back clean inside and out. great experience.

  The standard of BMW dealers is very high, and this one does not stand out from its competitors. They offer plenty of nice touches, such as an undercover area to drop off your car but are missing the basics such as constantly asking you to reconfirm your personal details every time you call. They need to think through their customers experience a little more. Overall very expensive and not value for money.

  Got worse. Disappointed how repairs was handled 2 times in a row. Never get your repair fixed, instead you get nice videos about general condition of the car, about scratches, tyres for £90.!!! I can see these myself. I wanted to get my car repaired. Was a BMW dealer customer for 15 years. Now will go somewhere else. Heard other BMW dealers are much better from friends.
