  I Absolutely LOVE going to Tai. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming from the Stylists to Reception all of them are always a pleasure. I see it as my little escape from every day life. *****

  First time I went there I had lovely service and experience, rebooked for another appointment only upon arrival to be told the previous stylist I had has moved on and my appointment time had been changed. Everything would have been fine except for the exceptionally rude tone of the receptionist - aggressively told me she had been trying to call me repeatedly - despite the fact I had no missed calls or voicemails - just set a bad tone so I left. Interesting to note another poor review for the receptionist as well on here....

  Best hair and beauty salon I have found. Waxing quick, clean and professional and have had very good haircuts too, which with curly hair is never easy! Friendly staff and lots of little touches to make the experience special. Love the massage chairs during hair wash!

  I took an appointment via website. Didn't know girls there, so I didn't choose any name. I get someone who didn't know how to cut. Needed to ask the boss. She made a big problem with coming to me and said that she don't know what I want and this is not a good decision. Yes it is good, I had this haircut before and feel really good. The atmosphere was really bad after this and I didn't have promised on website 20% off the price.

  I visited Tai Hair and beauty last week for both a hair cut and spray tan, both the services I had were of the very best standard and at really reasonable prices! Everyone I met was very friendly and polite. I love my new hair, I recommend seeing Louise! I absolutely loved my spray Tan, it has lasted so far over a week and gave such a natural colour- as I was quite apprehensive due to bad experiences I have had in the past. I will be back very soon!
