  We spent well over £2000 on new carpets and floor coverings over a period of 15 months. Can't fault the fitters at all but the quality of the carpet and underlay was horrendous,( not a cheap carpet or underlay either) and when you go to complain neither one of the so called managers can give you an answer that coincides with what the other has said. Really really fed up. Will NEVER EVER EVER be using them again.

  Terrible quality carpet for the money, within weeks looked very worn, would strongly advise anyone looking for carpet to look elsewhere

  A truly awful company took my money , made endless promises about delivery and failed. I have no carpets and have made complaint to card company for refund, and Local trading standards. Having paid in full up front ,A company NOT to use

  I have purchased carpets at Tapi on 3 separate occasions and the staff were so helpful, efficient and courteous. Their independent carpet fitters were brilliant and were so reasonably priced. I would recommend that anyone looking for carpets go to Tapi - Banbury and I am sure you will not be disappointed.
