  I purchased a kitchen from Tecaz stockton recently , the staff in the showroom were extremely nice & helpful especially byron , the same cannot be said for customer services however , I'm very happy with my kitchen apart from there were a couple small items missing so I rang customer services only to be told in not so many words , tough , I should have checked the sealed boxes & if I wanted the items I would have to repurchase them !! As the missing items were door handles I had no choice otherwise I couldn't get in the cupboards , really poor by customer services I feel

  It is a shamble absolutely ridiculous service you get mixed match item and some of the items came damage also.

  I honestly can’t understand the whingers on this site,I have just had my bathroom gutted and a full bathroom fitted from new ceiling to new floor,walk in shower, the lot.well planned by Paul,on time delivery,and excellent work by Sean and Matty,they did a great job I now have a luxury bathroom,I’m really chuffed.if you want good service,and excellent workmanship go to tecaz Stockton,make sure you ask for Sean at Viking plumbers,he is a genius.if anyone wants to come to my place and see his work you are welcome,get my number from Paul.

  I have been wanting to remodel the bath from some time, but was unsure what I wanted to do with it. I went into Tecaz with pretty much a blank slate, and they helped me design the most beautiful heritage bathroom suite. Customer service was spot on--incredibly helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back in the future for other renovation projects.

  Paid deposit on toilet and sink fittings nearly 600 quid worth paid 140 pounds deposit. Salesman slick more than happy to take my money. Took measurements away realised I had been sold unsuitable sink (too big). In next day told don't worry order is on hold. Went back to Tecaz still wanted tap ,drain and wanted shower in additional from Tecaz but wanted to cancel toilet and sink to look elsewhere (which had not even been ordered at that stage ie shop were losing nothing) . Still spending a fortune. Told no problem . "Please pay total balance for previous order and we'll give you credit note for balance all in small print no refunds"!!!! if wanted to cancel whole order gonna cost me £130 and walk away with nothing... Totally inflexible ,ignorant , dismissive manager.. shop empty of customers realised reason for that. Please do not use this shop... sign for purchases at your peril. I paid £130.00 and walked away with nothing..
