  Very pricy. Staff fall over themselves to sell you something. Picked up a nice hat though.

  Quality items but limited by choice. Other stores have much more range.

  Poor customer service provided by the store manager! Ted baker iPhone case was of poor quality so went to store. The manager insisted that there was absolutely nothing he could do about it. So I rang Headoffice who provided me with a full refund and an apology. Extremely disappointed by the service I received.
