  Called in showroom to look and enquire about a Q5. Spent some 30 to 40 minutes sat in opening closing and checking Q5 and Q3. No sales person approached me ...or any offer of assistance...and stayed seated at desks. Will try another dealer. David.

  Bought an A4 and had a great experience. Joy (who's left now I think) was great and was very helpful in ensuring I was able to make an informed choice.

  So disappointed with the service. Our Audi a3 had to go in as a warning light had flashed up. Took it in Thursday morning. After ringing 3 times finally got told at 4.30 they needed to look further into it. As they suspected it was something to do with the emissions. Told they would have to keep it till Monday as they would have to order the part. After some persuasion they finally said I could pick up a courtesy car on Friday. I rang on Friday to see if we could pick up a courtesy car at 11 am. I was told somebody would to ring me back. I rang again at 1pm nobody was available to speak to me. Finally somebody rang back later on and told us we would be picked up to get the courtesy car. Gets another call to say we can't be picked up as the driver was stuck in traffic. So they got us a taxi. When we gets to Audi the staff were all going home and miraculously our car was ready. What a carry on. Came away with a health check and nobody went through anything with us. Not impressed.

  Staff are friendly and very helpful they went out of there way to ensure I got the right vehicle on the right deal. I will definately use Audi Teesside in the future.
