  This place is not personal, is strictly business. They seemed only interested in taking my money and moving into their next patient, then followed up with regular emails threatening to remove me from their patient list unless I booked myself in for further treatments.

  I would highly recommend Dr Kim Tan. I had a root canal, I needed a few sessions. After giving birth my tooth was in very bad condition. Even so my treatment was on NHS I was treated equally. I have heard terrible stories from my friends how painful root canal is, but thanks to Dr Tan I must say it’s almost painless. He is very good dentist with excellent customer service skills. I visited also their hygienist, George. I am very happy with a results, worth any penny. George will explain in details how to take care of your teeth and will make you laugh a lot! Receptionist is always very nice and polite to me.

  Avoid this place like the plague - what an awful first impression. Absolutely no courtesy or discretion. You'll barely walk in the door and the receptionist will be loudly rude to you. She'll tell you you're too late for your appointment when you are two minutes early. Bearing in mind this is the first time you have set foot in the place, no apology, no hello, no formality. I informed them I'd spend the thousands I'd saved for this treatment elsewhere.

  Reviews here are not reliable. A good dentis Is not recognised by an hygiene treatment or by it's kindness But from knowledge and technical ability. When you do a complex operation then you can say that dentist is good. Well I have done quite a bit filling last year, which was close to the nerve I went private and paid the filling as a permanent solution. After a year the filling broke completely leaving me with a massive hole. I went to another dentist which told me that they used a semi permanent filling! And another dentist told me That the material used was not a very good quality. Now thanks to temple Street I have to face another operation and pay for another filling again, also because the filling was deep I may need a root canal. If the material used at the first instance was good I wouldn't have gone through this.

  Just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Emily & Natalie who made my trip to the dentist a very bearable experience. Every time i go to the dentist its like going to the electric chair my nerves are at breaking point but these two lovely ladies made me feel very relaxed and i made through the appointment in one piece. Thank you very much and i would recommend this practice to anyone its the best i have ever been too!. Sophia
