  Didn't use the hotel to stay but parked in the motorcycle bays across the road. The staff graciously allowed us to leave our backpacks and helmets so that we could enjoy the city. On our return we saw a traffic attendant attempting to book a vehicle parked outside the hotel. The staff came out and were trying to prevent the car being booked we asume it was a vehicle for a wedding being held as the driver seemed to be a vicar. Great service guys a fantastic example of going above and beyond.

  Reception staff were great; well looked after at breakfast. Loft bar has an amazing view. Its central and five minutes walk from the bus station from which there are cheap and reliable services to the airport, giants causeway etc.

  Visited the Loft bar. Excepting poor weather conditions would have had an interesting city view. Staff attentive. Service prompt.

  Beautiful place to stay with luxurious rooms. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Fabulous food and excellent cocktails. Would thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel.

  Top service from this hotel. Everyone is helpful and goes out of their way to assist. Beautiful rooms, food amazing especially breakfast! Great location, clean and welcoming. Beautiful boutique hotel. Hugely recommended.
