  Beware of the parking lot! Was charged £60 for overstaying 14 mins! I was waiting for my partner and got a coffee in Tesco. It was -5 °C. Absolutely not reasonable!!!

  Okay place to shop but in the past week I've been in Nottingham I've seen two people out in the open steal from this shop and the security guards doing nothing about it. Seems kinda weird, also both self service machines are slow and they never work properly which is quite nerve racking when you have little choice with the lack of tills.

  Staff are very helpful and friendly.... Service I received was second to none

  Staff are rude esp a particular female with glasses on who works there . (Newer member of staff ) The self scans never work meaning you are waiting ages for someone to respond or moving to the second self scan. Staff are always chatting among themselves whilst usually one person is serving on the till . Many changes have been recently made to the store resulting in empty selves some days. Overall it is over priced + a horrible employee = someone who avoid shopping here. Never seen a manager about and if so they clearly not managing properly . All the staff seem to be doing their own thing way too often with an odd few that actual work hard and are polite .

  Staff always having private conversation with each other when you get served at the till. very poor customer service the gluten free range is very limited . They need more cheaper deals to reflect what Tesco offers in the town centre stores.
