  Poor customer service, especially by this old bengali man who always stares like a creep. He makes you feel unconfortable. Also the clothing area has no mirrors, I do not understand why they removed their mirrors how are people supposed to check themselves?! They also have a rat infestation, which is very scary. In several occasions I have seen fat rodents running around in the car park area, no doubt get have them in store as well, I thought I seen one in the store.

  Car park is well laid out store provides a good range of diversity food for all national but has in mind the locals .Staff are helpful and courtesy.

  Decent Service- managers are bigots tho, they make mistakes and can't be bothered to fix the problem. Last time I had about £100 shopping, there card machine broke - they wanted me to to move to another till or pay cash. I went and got cash and asked for a managers discount for the inconvenience but the guy said he couldn't even though I know he could have.

  As a local I will not be visiting this store as the till managers are absolutely rude unprofessional and need training they talk down on customers and belittle them. The attitude and tone of language they use is terrible. How unfortunate every time I have come out of this store feeling unhappy by what I have seen. To highlight the uncaring attitude of this store was when a grandmother had lost her grandchild in the store. She was frantically looking for him. No member of the staff came to assist they ignored her desperation and horror of losing her grandchild. I went up to her and assisted her. How surprising the security or the management did not pick this up. Fortunately we found the grandchild. Till staff have their own conversations about the politics in the store. This is in front of customers. I am giving one star as there are a few genuine till operators who are friendly and approachable.

  Probably my favourite Tesco because they always have what I want. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store is clean and tidy. A little rubbish that they're no longer 24hour, but such is life at times I guess. Never a nightmare parking as there's plenty of spaces and one of the first Tesco's I've been to wherever not had to move abandoned trolleys out of the way to get to a parking space. The cash machines always seem to be operational too. I've only used the cafe once, and wasn't impressed at all, saying that... It was years ago so may have changed since. Overall, very good Tesco.
