  For a superstore this has a poor choice of products. Loads of some and none of others. While it is 24hr, the store is laid out badly and it is difficult to find the most basic of items. Personally not impressed.

  Excellent branch of Tesco, catering for all needs and very good value when compared to other similar supermarkets. Also open 24 hours for most of the week.

  I have been visiting this store on a daily basis for 6 years and did get regular customer service. However the new lady standing next to the self check out tills at 11pm is lovely! I wish most of the staff were like her

  A huge store with a huge choice of products however it's very hard to find things as they spread them all over the place, i.e the vegan and vegetarian range are not necessarily together and the staff have no clue where anything is. When you do find them however we were very happy

  This store has both some of the worst and the best customer service I've ever experienced. Special shout out to Rose, who goes above and beyond to engage with the customer and create a great rapport. Bad interactions with staff in the Isles. Generally rude, unresponsive, eating or drinking, chit chatting when there are no baskets or trolleys for customers and today one told me in quick succession "move out of my way" whilst I was picking up an item.
