  Rating actually 0 Dropped a Hermes parcel here today, my 4th. and wasn’t first time that I have received aggressive nasty behaviour from “Bernal” if she is actually called that . Clearly is a drop off point but she does not want you to drop even 1 parcel here!! I will be speaking to Hermes and this lady need a change of career . She threw it on the floor and told me I was a nuisance. She told me not to come back!! Her colleague just stood and watched her abuse a member of the public! I’m trying to find the owner as they need to do something!! Very sad and actually very upsetting. I will take my business elsewhere like she asked! 😘

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to use the parcel shop drop off, and was told that they wouldn't take the 8 parcels and one they wouldn't take as it was a bit bigger and heavier. Actively told me to take my business elsewhere! All by the miserable old bat in the Londis t-shirt, not the actual Texaco staff who are usually great! This isn't the first time that we've had an attitude from the old bat - apparently despite being a shop offering services she doesn't want any customers to actually us it...
