  Excellent service from beginning to end. The receptionists are welcoming and very friendly. Every member of the team have excellent customer service skills but especially our salesman Adrian. He was extremely patient even coming to our house to check the car would fit in the garage. He was not pushy did not try to sell us anything we didn't want and was a gentleman throughout. Can't thank him and the TH Boler team enough.

  The guys were very friendly and welcoming. They let me browse without pressure. I had seen the car I wanted on their website the night before. I was left to inspect at my own pace. The test drive, transaction and information given was helpful and straight forward. They were helpful and If I needed any further assistance I am sure they would be more than obliging.

  I have just enjoyed a very high quality service from TH Boler Automotive in Oxfordshire. I purchased a used vehicle over the phone without actually viewing it in the flesh, but I was not disappointed. The vehicle was presented in immaculate showroom condition looking like it did when it left the factory. I looked for a stone chip, but couldn't find a mark anywhere. Ben made the whole buying experience a pleasure and was a very professional and courteous salesman who really made an effort to contact me through the buying process. I left feeling like I was actually an important, valued customer. Thank you very much for everything Ben, I am very happy with the car.

  The easiest car transaction I have ever made. Very low mileage car, like new and well presented at a much lower price than main dealer. Plenty of time on my own to inspect the vehicle, no pressure at any time, polite staff, on time and efficient. All that + free tea and cake! Based on my experience no hesitation to recommend. Special thanks to Ben, Tim and Natalie.

  I would seriously recommend these guys to buy a car from. Is that because I had no problems with the car I bought? No - there was an issue but that is when you actually find out how decent a business is. A problem I picked up on before purchase was rectified but reoccurred when I got the car home. I was concerned for a time however, The staff really looked after me extremely well; even arranging lifts and late pick ups for my convenience. Great car, great price -wonderful service.
