  It’s always such a pleasure to go here. The ambience is very nice , beautifully decorated and always very clean . It’s a haven of calm in the city and not full of loads of noisy hen parties . Treatments are good and an excellent range too. Staff very good

  Their booking system is terrible and I never got to go because the masseuse rang in sick. In fairness they did offer to reschedule the apt, but when you waste so much time trying to book an apt in the first place I think its better to just cut your losses and try somewhere else. Maybe if the reviews had been better then I would have rescheduled but it seems this place is hit or miss. Will try my luck elsewhere

  My partner and I had a 'couple's massage package' and while he said his was good, mine was mediocre. I asked the therapist to increase the pressure once and at another point to go deeper. She tried to respond to my requests but she didn't have the sensitivity to give a good treatment. A waste of two and a half hours.

  My partner and I went for a massage and a booked the Sensory Room for us and in my opinion, we have had one of the best experiences. Crew was lovely and they offered us really nice tea to relax. The therapist was focused on my demands and the steam room & jacuzzi were fantastic!

  Terrible massage. The facility and massage room is really nice, but the masseuse and massage itself were TERRIBLE. If you just want oil rubbed on your body go here. Otherwise, don’t expect any tension relief. I even asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but did not feel a difference. Will never go back, and do not recommend. The one star is for the facility being nice (but the dressing room really small).
